Washington joined both Molatudi Advisory Services and the Firm from inception as an Associate and has been a valuable member of the team with a keen interest in employer-employee internal enquiries, CCMA, and Labour Court litigation matters. He completed his LLB degree from the University of the Western Cape in 2014 and LLM degree in Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town in 2015. Washington worked at RSM SA (Pty) Ltd as legal assistant and was exposed to drafting commercial agreements and advising clients on various legal matters.
