March 2024 Announcements

  • Ms Zanele Chauke (“Zanele”) – from Senior Associate to Director effective 1 March 2024. Zanele joined our firm on 19 November 2021 and since then has made an immense contribution in terms of providing high quality service to our clients, as well as helping the firm grow from strength to strength.  Zanele has 13 years’ experience in Labour and Employment Law, 10 years of which are post-admission experience.  In her years of practice, Zanele has represented numerous trade unions in various dispute resolution forums, including urgent applications.  Zanele has further acted for some of the major corporate companies as well as State Owned Entities and has handled many internal disciplinary proceedings, of both junior and senior employees, wherein she prosecuted in disciplinary hearings, chaired disciplinary hearings, grievance hearings and appeal hearings.  Zanele comes with a wealth of experience.
  • Mr Washington Zindoga (“Washington”) – from Associate to Senior Associate effective 1 March 2024. Washington has been with the firm from inception and immediately made himself a solid figure, hardworking reliable professional resource trusted and well recognised by all our clients across the board. Washington has proven himself over the last four years post his admission and continues to focus on all key aspects of employment and labour law. In addition, Washington has extensively engaged in CCMA and Labour Court matters in which he assists in guiding employers through the intricate procedures of correctly implementing employment laws and processes responsibly and fairly. Washington also holds a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law and is able to assist clients with matters of a commercial nature, including drafting and reviewing their agreements intended to be concluded with 3rd party service providers. Washington’s keen eye for detail and passion for drafting will continue to elevate the Firm over the coming years.
  • Ms Jordin Tribe (“ Jordin”) – from candidate legal practitioner to Consultant. Jordin successfully completed her articles with our firm during February 2024 and will be retained as a Consultant effective 1 April 2024. Upon joining the firm in February 2023, Jordin, using her corporate experience of about 7 years, immediately made an impact in relation to providing a diverse invaluable quality service to our clients. Jordin worked extremely hard, using her own innovative skills to earn herself a high performing reliable professional resource within the firm.
  • Ms Boitumelo Tlhabanyane (“Boitumelo”) joined our firm as a candidate legal practitioner effective 1 February 2024, to take up the open space left by Jordin.  She completed her law degree with Unisa and will be taking guidance and mentorship from Zanele, together with our other candidate legal practitioner, Ms Jabulile Khundayi.
  • Mr Tshanduko Munarini (“Tshanduko”) joins the firm as an Associate with effect from 11 March 2024. He holds an LLB degree from the University of Venda and is duly admitted as a legal practitioner. Tshanduko is an experienced Labour law practitioner and has a keen interest in litigation. Before joining the Firm, Tshanduko spent over four years working in firms specializing in employment law. He advises clients on employment-related matters and represents clients at internal disciplinary hearings, CCMA, and the Labour Court.

Molatudi Attorneys is proud to announce our sponsorship of the Seroka Happy Hearts soccer team from Ga-Seroka, Sekhukhune, Limpopo where our Mr Molatudi grew up and attended both his primary and secondary schools. With this initiative we hope to ignite a passion for soccer within the local community and develop a strong foundation for our youth.

2nd Year Anniversary & Official Opening at Fredman Towers
